Toys
By Julia A. Keirns

A baseball and bat
A red cowboy hat,
A yellow dump truck
A big rubber duck.
These are the toys
I like most of all
But I cannot forget
My basketball.
And then there’s my kite
I fly in the sky
My car and my train
And my airplane that flies.
I have lots of toys
I play with each day
You have some too?
What’s that you say?
Do you have a balloon
I can play with today?

Storybird review – What a cute poem! That sure is a lot of toys and it sounds like they have a lot of things to pick from to play with. Nice work! Reviewed by RachelPaige
